They come with filters to add, but they're pretty nice if you leave the filters out.
I've also found that the cheap grocery-store-checkout ones are often pretty good for running. Who knows how much that varies by region though. -

We are high schoolers trying to get the most out of our seasons given the circumstances. We have no control over any of it. Stop heckling teenagers. -
I live in Idaho
We have had in person school the whole year with sports. No masks required at all. Our stands are packed with fans who also do not wear masks.
