You are wrong. Many of the people who slam him have had conversations with him. You may personally like him, but his personality is very polarizing and he rubs many people (not all) the wrong way. The stories from people who interact with him largely aren't positive (doesn't mean all are bad). This doesn't mean he's not a good coach or isn't doing really good things.
