This argument comes up with every hot HS team. It’s all coaching an not talent. It’s insane.
My question is the CA youth guidelines have banned out of state competition for youth sports in HS, club, individuals, etc. So I’m assuming they are bypassing their HS season?
What is the fallout of not following the guidelines? The whole school removed from
CIF (this was the threat when two OC football teams played before allowed)?
Are they quarantined? They can’t go to school or practice for 2 weeks now? Or they just going rogue?
You are confused.
Tons of California's ran this weekend out of state and they broke no rules. These meets in AZ and SC were open meets with all ages and everyone ran unattached in AZ. This can be done during any season. However, this year you can even run for a club. during the season. Although I didn't even see anyone running for a team or club from California at any meets.
Soccer on the other hand had teams playing in AZ. The stay at home order has been lifted though, so those soccer clubs are good to go.
Wake up as kids are competing out of state and are allowed to do whatever they wan't as long as their parents approve :)
