in the past 3 weeks I have done
3x (4x400) @ 66 avg
10x 600 @ 1:34 avg
6x800 @ 2:18 avg
what can I run for 3k? the 600 and 800 workout I pushed much harder than the 400 workout.
coming back from an injury so obviously not crazy fit. running around 55-60 miles per week currently.
