No, it won't be a problem.
If you want to hurry their drying process, stuff them with crumpled newspaper and leave them in a warm (but not hot) dry place with good airflow.
Honestly though, if you just bring them inside they'll probably be good to go the next day without any other actions needed. If they're still wet, oh well, they'll still work just fine.
I forgot to say, all of that is pretty much just talking about the upper and maybe sockliner material and crevices and such.
The midsole foam itself should be completely unaffected by getting wet.
