Sean Dolan is a stud.. and think of this.. he ran 4:12 in high school.. this Harrison kid finished off a workout in 4:08... amazing level of talent out there.
Cruz Culpepper 3:41 and a kid from Minnesota Shane Streich ran 3:41 for Lipscomb. I honestly had never heard of Lipscomb. 44th place was 3:49.
Correction: Shane Streich ran 3:42.

Do you think he might be still coming off training for the NCAA 10 K?
10 days after running 32:49 for 10k xc he runs 5 sec slower than his HS PR, that sounds a lot better than "5 sec slower than hs"

Yeah he really balled out in that 10k
10 days prior he was within 10 seconds of Sprout of Stanford at Pac 12. Sprout was what 15th at NCAA XC?
You guys are ruthless - you have no idea what training anyone has been doing.
