If there was wever a no qunsequence season to try something new......
With our covid altered 1 month 2020 season finally coming to an end this weekend, i thought I’d try something new. Apart from warm up and cool down, 100% of our volume this week will be “quality”
Mon: 3 x1min threshold + 5 x 400@ about 2 mile pace (went well, kids said it was easy)
Tue: 2x3 min + 4x400
Wed: 1 x3 min + 4x200. @ mile goal pace, full recovery
Thu: last league meet
Fri: wu plus a few strides
Sat: county championship
Not everyone will run both races. Im holding 4 of our top 7 out on Thursday in favor of having them fresh for Sat.
