I just listened to the newest episode of the Sit and Kick podcast where they had Cole Hocker on and they briefly discussed the Oregon Warmup. They didn’t go into any specifics but just said that from an outsiders perspective it looks very grueling and that it would kill you for the race. Obviously it works as we’ve seen these last few weeks and months.
Anyone know what the actual warmup is? I remember Cooper said he likes to do a fast 1k in one of Ben Crawford’s videos over the summer but this sounded like something different.
