I predict him going 4:13 and then crying after the race.
I see a thread every time this kid does a workout. Lmk when he races my goodness I have seen more workout splits from him than any one ever.
If I weighed 98 pounds I could run as fast as him to.
Why is the dude so tired and sweating after a 4:40 mile? I thought he was supposed to be some sort of running stud?

To where?

It's in Florida and, unlike you, he didn't have each pore burnt shut to merely appear cool.

How did he hook up with grace ping?
Man, you are an IDIOT. Why don't you try watching the video? Your question will be answered at the 4:30 mark.
Your assinine posts in this thread support the radical contention that thinning the herd of selected genetically-inferior critters would have a positive effect on humankind.
Rheinhardt Harrison sure appears to be a phenomenal talent, though he creates a wealth of unnecessary pressure on himself by posting all of his videos. Until he breaks 4:00 (which might be in less than 24 hours), I wouldn't mind seeing him back off of uploading his frequent displays of athleticism and just being a 17 year old to YouTube (all of which are fun-loving, and in no way arrogant). I am also guessing that his multiple videos of late are an expression of his incredibe confidence. That confidence can (and I hope will) take him far.

I predict you making 25 more posts today, and probably starting at least one thread criticizing/making fun of someone. You’re on the wrong path, dude.

So what? I has run 4:28 for the mile when I lived in Homestead,Fl which is a lot warmer and more humidity than north Florida. I was ain't sweating like he do after he run.
Thread title is false. He's over-tired and struggling through what should be an easy workout for him. Hopefully not cooked from the previous hero workout. Better to leave it out there in the race, because that previous workout showed he was in fantastic shape and ready to go close to the 2M record or well under 4 for the mile.
I wouldn’t say he’s a phenomenal talent. He started running at 2 years old and running competitively also at a very young age. Just a lot of work from then till now. He’s probably pretty close to his lifetime bests at this point.
I seem to recall you saying your PRs were 4:34 and 11:0x in another post a few weeks ago.
Bwahahahahaha. A 4:01 16 year old miler is not a phenomenon talent. I don’t know what crack you are smoking but it must be some good stuff.

I saw a news story about him on YT from a few years ago. If I remember right, he ran a 1:30 half when 10yo. That is talent.
He may be the most talented American ever.
A talented kid is a freshman who has never run before running 4:40s and gets down to 4:0x by their senior year.
A talented kid is not someone who has run for 14-15 years, 10 of those being competitively, running 4:0x.
I’m not saying he has 0 talented. But put some respect on the work he puts in. He’s been at this for more than a decade. No more talented than you or me, he’s a hard worker.
Listen to what you are saying...
A 16 year old who has run a 4:01 miles and seems poised to run in the mid 3:50s as a 17 year old is not a phenomenal talent.
You do understand that someone can be both phenomenally talented and a hard worker right? It is not insulting to acknowledge the obvious... that he is a potentially generational level talent. I have to assume you are trolling. Nobody can actually be this big of a moron.
You are stuck in a very American mindset, which is understandable.
The system of America is high school and college. So when kids run blitzing quick at the high school level they’re talented no?
Training age is important. Yomif Kejelcha was only 17 at the Beijing championships and placed 4 in 5000m. When did Kejelcha start running? From a young age.
This young man is like Dirk Kuyt. Extremely hardworking on and off the pitch for a long time. He is no George Best, messing around and not trying yet still winning league titles etc. yes he has talent, but training supersedes talent.
The saying goes hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard!
