today I did what I think was my most impressive 800m track work out so far this season
in 73 degrees hot Florida sun, I ran a 3x(400,200,200) with 1-minute rest after the 400 and 30 seconds in between the 200's and 5 min between sets.
My reps with an effort of getting progressively faster were as follows. (62,31,20) (58,29,28) (55,26,26)
I just broke 2:00 2 weeks ago with a 1:58 (59,59) but that was a huge confidence booster so looking forward to seeing what I can run this upcoming meet.
