I’m unclear what you are referring to. This is self-preservation on Hall’s part.
It’s become a significant issue. I believe only the prosecution can grant immunity, and so far they don’t want to. It appears the prosecution doesn’t want Hall in the case. Which is strange, because they could easily get him to lie about how much fentanyl Floyd ingested.
I was just joking around about a drug dealer actually worrying about killing someone. Seems like that would be common place with that occupation.
Okay, I get it.
Morrie Hall’s concern is real. Minnesota has been out in front on prosecuting drug dealers for overdoses of those they sold drugs. My opinion is that it’s an unfair charge, maybe unConstitional, and just abuse of power by the state - nonsense created in response to the fake opioid “crisis.” You sell something to a willing buyer who knows all the risks, and then face a murder charge, if they die. Give me a break.
And as I pointed out earlier, we have people claiming there is an opioid “crisis” at the same time they are claiming it’s essentially impossible to overdose on the most deadly opioid there is, even when it’s in your body on the day you die.
