What options are out there?
Only US-based adidas guys that come to mind are Chris O'Hare and Sam Prakel.
What good groups are open to any sponsor?

Golden coast track club has both O’hare and Eric Avila. Definitely a situation that could work out for him to be honest.
If Andrew’s gets healthy again
Did Drew Hunter ask you to post for him?
Hunter is a big enough investment that adidas should let him go wherever gets him improving. Start marketing Hunter and stop marketing this group of hangers-on clustered around him.
A good local option would be Ritzenhein's group. Dathan can coach, and Hoare is a 1500/5 guy who is better than Hunter and would be a good sparring partner. Klecker is more of a 5/10 guy ultimately but even with limited wheels he is still a better miler than Hunter right now.
The fact that schwartz simply doesn't seem to be working for Hunter any more should be sign enough for any reasonable pro that they need to switch things up. Adidas, if they were reasonable, would let him go wherever he wants to train given the coach and athlete environment will be competitive and positive for him.
Better athletes have changed up for lesser reasons than Hunter has right now.
I wish he'd do this before his ramp up for the trials, but at this point that's not gonna happen. He could make the team but dang it's gonna be hard. If he does, I'll concede that maybe tinman can work, but if he doesn't I'm convinced he needs to change.
The bottom line is, though, tinman is so much of a brand that he likely will never want to drop it. And it's a shame, because then it's clear that Hunter is more of a brand promotor than an athlete. Go where you can get the most out of you, Hunter, and the brand will follow.
So what is Cory Leslie’s role now? Going forward?

I imagine the issue isn't Adidas insisting on him being in an Adidas group, but rather that ON/other groups wouldn't want an adidas (or other competitor's) athlete in the group.
Hoppel is a strength-based 800 guy. Send him to Kansas and maybe he’ll learn how to kick.
Gregorek ran with NJNY as an ASICS athlete
Adidas doesn't care about group sponsorship, so why should Hunter care about the sponsors of his training partners? He should move to Colorado Springs and hook up with ADP and a coach who knows his way around elite pro performance.

This. ON wouldn't be happy to be paying Ritz to coach their runners while he's also coaching an adidas runner to beat them. He got a grandfathered exemption with Parky because they had an existing relationship when Ritz was hired.
Ron Warhurst is the way to go

Best idea I've seen yet. Both Adidas athletes and Hoppel's speed would be great for Drew. I don't think Hoppel really has anybody that talented that he trains with either. Also would get Drew out of that frat-house in Colorado the Tinman guys live in and he could use the KU facilities, which are top notch.

Best description of the Tinman shack I've seen yet. A frat-house, but with more tears.
Hoppel runs so fast because he was trying to leave bass-ackwards Kansas. Hoppel would succeed at almost any solid program.
That said, Hunter absolutely needs a change. If he’s training for the long-term, I guess they plan on peaking at 40.

Drew seems like a 5000 guy (although maybe his body can't handle the training...) - i dont' know that an 800 guy makes sense
