Greg, You don't run and you eat crap. Can't pull this off for much longer. Stop spending money on take out, deliveries,...and start running again.

While not every day can be the perfect running day.
But Greg is out of shape because Greg is not following a training regime followed up with a decent diet.
What the other poster said is based on his opinion, I do not get take out and if I do it's healthy.
I order pizza sometimes, it has been a bad habit of mine eating too much of it.
Give me a break, I hadn't had pizza for a long time so I wanted to have it again, there is nothing wrong with doing so.
And you say I don't follow a training regime and you are correct.
The regime I follow is the one my mind says is correct: I listen to how I feel and am intuitive.
I am not going to force a long run if I've gained weight, I am not going to run every day if I don't want to or if my fitness isn't there, I am not going to do anything I don't want. I am going to do what I say I have to do and I will achieve great results because I believe in my abilities.
