Pizza can be healthy but you need to make it yourself.
A home-made pizza made of spelt flour, with capers, salmon, buffalo mozzarella and onions and a glass of red wine can be a great way to get in some fast food with the pizza in a much healthier form than a frozen one or one from a restaurant.
Pizza is very bad. It's mostly grass, which is for cows. After that there is cheese, which is also for cows, and FROM cows too. And between them there is tomatoes, which is a berry like bananas, according to another thread.
So it is mostly cow food with berries on it. Does a cow run fast?

Capers and salmon on pizza? Do you enjoy the taste of urine?

Yes it does. I found that out when I got chased by one a long time ago.

Agreed.
This thread has been ruined by people who are preaching the value of dumping a salad on a pizza.
my friend told me that Nike Oreg. Proj. makes their own post-run pizzas, and they add more yeast to make it softer, with a higher stack height.

Apparently you escaped if you're alive to tell about it.

Pizza is horrible because it had too much carbs.
Carbs make you scrawny fat.
You should eat only the meat toppings and throw away the crust.
That's how you become buff and ripped.
I miss Xfit_guy, wonder if he's still making fun of scrawny runners somewhere.
I hope so. Just crushed a homemade pizza (no cheese, but turkey pepperoni, bell pepper, and mushrooms for toppings) for dinner.
Okay, just googled it and get this.... pages (yes, pages) of protein powder pizzas.
LOL.
Apparently the gym bros enrich the crust with protein powder.
Not sure how this bears on your decision, but apparently some in the fitness world don't fret over it for a post-workout meal. They just: Pump. It. Up!
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
