Hey all!
As I have a meet on Saturday (5000 meters), I would like some information on how fast I should run on Friday. I want to be prepared for the race, but I'm not sure if running recovery pace is overkill, or if it would be the most effective.
So yeah should I run recovery pace or easy aerobic pace for pre meet days?
PS currently my times this season are 2101 and then 1948, I am going to try and go low 19s next race, I'll let you guys know how it goes it's supposed to be a bad course
