By far.
Agreed, but I feel like Rojo is necessary to keep things balanced. And he runs sh*t around here, so there’s that too.
You guys made Flotrack look professional.

Did he salute, though? That's the main thing. Real heroes salute at the end of races, just to remind us they are, in fact, heroes.
I appreciated the effort, considering it was free and all.

Thanks for telling us that you’re an a**h**e
Results ..?
Congratulations on the excellent coverage Robert, Weldon and John. It’s been a great week of free streams: trials of miles, box hill burn and now this!
Is Bor the best 5000 runner in the USA?

Chelimo didn’t come close. Not sure on time but it was probably over 13:15. Bor beat him in 13:05
Wow first time on this site in awhile. I can barely browse this damn forum on a phone. It’s laggy as f and 90% of the screen is covered in ads. It’s the literal 90s internet hell here.

Yes, certainly. If Kincaid, Lomong, Centro, McGorty, & Fisher did not exist. Yes.
There's no competitive American 5k racer, only person that's relevant in NA right now is Moh Ahmed

Have any of those guys aside from Kincaid run within 5 seconds of Bor’s time today?
I forgot Centro and Lomong ran 13:00 outdoors, but we know at least Centro isn’t running the 5000 at the trials...and it was outdoors.
Yeah I’m stickin by this, I looked it up at WA and this is the fastest an American has run in the last year by 5+ seconds indoors or out with the exception of Lomong, and Lomong will likely be running the 10,000. I think Bor would be the 5000 favorite right now.

This is also correct. We don’t have any relevant 5000 or 10,000 dudes. Lomong might have a shot at medaling in the 10,000 if the pace was slow until the last 2-3 laps, but assuming the dudes dude push even from a mile out he’s done. They will push the whole way.

RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
