On the men's side
1. Butler
2. Villanova
3. Georgetown
4. Connecticut
5. Providence
Butler stuffs all 5 scorers in the top 10 for a relatively comfortable win with sub 30 points.. Villanova and Georgetown battle for 2nd/3rd. Drop off to UConn and Providence battling for the next two spots. Everyone else way back.
PHILLIPS FTW
I fancy Barry Keane or Euan Makespeace from Butler for the win if they are racing
Are spectators allowed?
I believe only the conference champion will advance to the NCAA meet this year via committee selection rules?
Going to leave some better teams home, but I guess that’s how college basketball is selected too.
Yes and no. The conf champ will get in but they could get as many as 3.
As far as BB goes, the B10 is probably getting 8 teams in who don't win their tournament.

Hard to tell since the camera man is all over the place, but do we have guys out there racing this thing in next%s?
Also, am I correct that the course is 300m short?
....and Butler takes it.

this course runs very fast and is probably a little short
....with 3 in the Top 5.
The men's times compare well with ACC Championships

Right, I ask because I felt like in the graphic they showed right before the race started that it said "7700 meters" on the bottom of the graphic

Weird year for running with XC Champs close to Indoor Champs. Would the Providence women have won if Wheeler would have competed?
Hoping the Big East gets top three teams to NCAAs based on yesterday. For some schools this was their only XC race.
