Slowest 3000 m qualifier for men in many years.
Oregon doesn’t seem to really wanna win?
800
Hunter
Peralta
Mile
Hocker
Brown
3000
Teare
Hocker (wouldn’t be surprised if he scratches if he makes the mile final)
- Hocker going for Mile, 3K & DMR
- Cooper sticking with 3K/DMR
- Hunter doubles w 800 & DMR
- Waleed Suliman going for Mile, 3K, DMR
- WesFly CEO only makes DMR team
- Mario Garcia going for 3K & DMR
- Adam Fogg (YouTuber and Drake Uni) makes Mile list. Glad to see.
> Expecting a big run from Reed Brown in the Mile (obv not 3:50 but still). Feel like his other races/pacing have been building towards this well.
> Also hoping for a quicker Oregon DMR than we've already seen.

???? This gives them 5 events with them having the highest seed, and keeps Teare available for DMR anchor. Doubling mile and 3,000 or mile and 800 not possible. My money is on OR to win.

*my mistake WesFly did have a quick enough Mile time. Wonder why he backed out when a teammate on DMR squad is tripling?
Why not run anyone in 5000? They don’t need to run their top guys in DMR. Put Brown on 12 and Hunter on 16.

I don't think they got anyone qualified
You can create your own projections here:
Default projections (Seed) and FloTrack projections are selected with a drop down, but drag and drop athlete positions in each event to create your own.. You can save your projections and watch how they do as the app updates with results during the championship meet.

I think his teammate might scratch out of one or both events, or they might change the order for the relay. Ole Miss is doubling down on the DMR to try and win the title, and it would be a pretty badass upset.

Because he’s a beta.

After all the talk about the shoes it seems like the times to make the meet are fairly standard. Few outliers in each event (a 3:50mile for example) with the 5k being pretty fast however the 800 and 3k seem slower than usual? Obviously correct me if I’m wrong!

Actually scratch that about the 5k, it’s not as fast as I originally thought because the BYU boys pulled out
The other performance enhancer, the BU track, was offline this winter which certainly impacts the distance times.
LOL - This....

The resulting youtube video would be, as the kids say, "off the chain" if Ole Miss could pull off the upset. But I don't see how that could possibly happen given the Oregon juggernaut. I'd say Ole Miss should be more than satisfied if they come 2nd.

The resulting explosion on letsrun if they got last would be 10000 times better.
what would you do? Plus they have the dmr
and some conferences, especially the Ivy's didn't compete. That had to have at least some impact.
