1. 2020 is a year. As is 2021. And 2022. That's three years. And, no, 2020 was not a partial year...the Covid began in late 2019 and was in the US no later than January of 2020. Now, if you want to talk three years elapsed time, we only need to get to the end of 2022. The WHO says there is no way this ends in 2021. Which means at least into 2022.
2. I said nothing about global vs. domestic. That's something you are introducing for a reason known only to yourself. Some sort of muddying the waters I suppose.
