This guy is on one. Ran the xc champs a few weeks ago and ran like 22:50. Ran 13:40,4:14,4:03,8:07 all in 2 days. I have never seen anything like this.

Just joked with one of my friends about him being doped to the gills. He was a body builder before he came back to running right? They love doping alright
Just don’t think this can be done by many colleagians in general... seems very uhm, hard to believe it’s natural?

Lol really? An 18 year old Ingebgritsen could have done this all in one day. Doest it mean it's smart? No, but not that crazy. I recall when I ran in the Big 12 Pat Casey ran the prelims for the 1k, mile and DMR all in one day, and then next day Won the finals for the 1k and mile. He then started the 3k but dropped out at halfway. If you go back and look at his times, they were pretty fast too.
Unsurprisingly, he had a stress fracture a week or so later lol.
In 2012 Cam Levins in the Summit League won the 800, mile, 3k, and 5k. His times weren't that fast though, just ran each one tactical enough to win. The guy you mentioned had a very impressive 5k, but the mile was nothing special, 3k was decent.
I’d never heard of Shea Foster until I saw the results from the Southland XC.
Now granted it was a road race but it was still a very impressive time.
Can someone tell us more about his background?
Is he transferring to Oklahoma State?
In his own words
