4:08 through 1600
These pacers are great, right on 12:55 pace
About 7:48ish at 3000m. He needs a decent close
9:55 with 1200 left!
10:57, 800 to go. Slipping just off pace
Just outside 12:01 at the bell!
This commentary is very unique, but uniquely awesome.
13.05 for Mcsweyn.

You might say it was unreal ?
13:05ish for Stewy. Good run considering he was solo from 2800meters on. Tough to run fast solo, especially with a few months to go before the Olympics. I think he’s in great shape for the double at the games
How many under 13.20?
14 aussies and 6 from nz down thru history, John Walker the slowest.
Ramsden just under 13:20, Robinson just over.

Oz 5k guys > US 5k guys
Oz commentary >> US commentary
12.55 from the dirty big Mzungu lives for a while longer, be best when that stain is replaced.
Main event coming up in the B race - Julian "Moose" Spence gunning for the Inside Running Podcast record of 14:09. Don't go anywhere folks!

Well all those guys are coached by the same coach who coached Mottram so surely by your logic it makes no difference if it’s broken?

Honestly MTC is the pro group I have the most faith in. Nic Bideau has been coaching longer than all those other guys and I've never heard a whisper about anything suspicious from any of his athletes - Sonia O'Sullivan, Cathy Freeman, Mottram, Benita Willis... There's quite a few global medals in there over a very long period.
Meanwhile, we all know Jerry sends his athletes to the same doctor as the NOP kids and BTC seems to avoid major races with drug testers like the plague. Not to mention the rumours about Solinsky...
It’s not a 1999 TdF team. Not sure one in all in applies.
Don't think I've ever laughed so much while listening to a race. It was a bit off putting at first, but it's incredibly entertaining. The commentators have a great knowledge of the athletes and make the event genuinely fun.
If they commentate a more prestigous event, I'd hope they tone the metaphors down a little, but it has been perfect for a smaller meet at the end of the Australian summer.
A really good night of athletics.

Okay, well why do you think Mottram is dirty and Stewy isn’t?

16 Years, shoe tech and 10 seconds
That’s it? No rumors? No teammates who were busted? No association with dodgy people? Just the fact that Stewy isn’t close to his record despite new shoes tech?
No native born Irishman has gotten close to Mark Carroll’s mark despite the years and improved shoe tech. Doesn’t mean Carroll was doped. Talent ebbs and flows throughout generations in smaller countries
