I really love going for 3-5 hour rides (at an easy effort) and exploring. However, I don’t know what day to go for this ride while training seriously.
My weekend plans always look like this:
Saturday: work out
Sunday: medium long run
The sunday medium long run is not my main long run, its easy and shorter.
Would it be a good plan to go for that long ride on saturday, after my workout? Or would going after the medium long run on sunday be a greater idea?
Btw, I’m not doing this because I believe it will make me better, but for enjoyment. But if this is holding me back a lot, i would like to know that as well
