Given his willingness to cheat, I can see why he thinks he has a chance. Problem is, the rule he broke last time - wearing a shoe available neither to the public nor all other competitors - won't help him this time. There's always drugs, but like shoes, that playing field is level too. The medalists will be in shoes similar to his and will have similar knowledge of how to juice without testing positive on race day. What else does he have to pull out of his hat? The rules are no impediment to this guy - again, he undisputedly broke a rule last time around, so they weren't a consideration then - but it's hard to think of something he can do that will get him on the podium. I just don't see the changing hats thing (not suggesting it's against a rule - it's not), a fancy watch, his standard face mask from several years ago, $400 sunglasses, or a new caffeine-heavy drink getting him minutes.
