I've been running for 2 years now, mostly just unstructured running throwing in some strides and workouts here and there. I decided to dabble in the sprints recently after a 4 month layoff due to injury. After a 9 week build-up training for the 200m, I time trialed 26.79 from a standing start. What do you guys think I could do in 12 weeks for a 200m and 400m?
