OK, well things went well for a bit but...
The reason I was suffering so on my easy days was that I was dealing with ITBS and eventually I had to stop everything, then do a lot of massage and such.
The track stuff definitely aggravated the ITB.
I'm on the rehab cycle now but....
I will revisit this this Summer when it's crazy hot and I don't want to slog through the Southern temps and the daily death march that is the daily run.
