I am looking to this board for some help. I am a 22 year old female distance runner that had run 16:50 5k. 2 years ago I got pretty sick with a virus that required sinuplasty surgery to clear my sinuses. This resulted in having to have my adenoids removed. I have been healthy for 2 years but struggle to run sub 19 minutes. My mileage is back up and have had bloodwork on several occasions that doesn’t show any problems. I still love the sport but I am getting discouraged. Any suggestions?
