The sheriff said not necessary because the fire dept Involved. I don't understand that. He was speeding and driving recklessly. He was likely on drugs. Why??? was he not tested?

We know why he wasn't tested but we are not allowed to say it.
You think they should have had him walk a straight line?
I think getting him to the hospital was a priority.

I don't think they have a road side test for painkillers. I would imagine the hosptical does a tox screen before sending him into surgery. Nobody wants to knock someone out without knowing what other drugs are in his system.
Single car crashes seem pretty uncommon for sober people going the speed limit. I'm not even really sure how it happens. And then you take into his history, and it makes it more likely he didn't just go around a turn that was sharper than he expected.
Was Tom Brady in town? Maybe he was out drinking avocado tequila shots with that lightweight.

He has numerous impairment issues in the past while driving. In short he is a drug addict who drives impaired. He is a time bomb waiting to slaughter a young girl in a car crash.

I've been in 3 car crashes. The 3rd one was somebody looking over their shoulder who rear ended me (she wasn't drinking).
But the first two were solo crashes. I wasn't drinking or on drugs. But, I was 16, which is basically like being drunk. I've not caused a crash in the 2 decades since.
Well given the circumstances of a random single vehicle accident and his history I think it's a given to conclude that he was under the influence of drugs. However they may just say he was sober and not test him or wait multiple hours til he sobers up then test him to say he tested sober. He also could pay them off. Thankfully no one else was injured.
The crash was also at 7 AM. Tiger has been known to party hard. Whatever happened, the truth will come out eventually.

Have we heard about Britt Reid's blood alcohol content yet? No. Tiger Woods impairment will be covered up.
You're the idiot who tried to claim that he was near death. You have no credibility. GTFOH
If by "sobriety test" you mean stand on 1 leg, walk straight line, etc. that's kind of hard to do when you can't walk and are being rushed into surgery for leg injuries. Hospital will get an accurate blood reading and tox, but won't give that up w/o a warrant, but solo crashes with no one else hurt are often not investigated as DUIs unless the UI is blatantly obvious.

They are working on dirty money arrangements in both cases as we speak.
His blood will be taken at the hospital. What is a sobriety test going to do?
You're not allowed to say that he wasn't tested because he is famous?

He was speeding. I repeat he was speeding. If he loses both legs that is on him. Don't tell me this is horrific. What is horrific is how little he cared about others by driving like a maniac. He is a terrible person to risk the lives of others.
Maybe they were more concerned about his reportedly life-threatening condition than a sobriety test. I'm sure whatever caused it will come out.
I know Tiger has past DUI issues with prescription drugs. What honestly came to mind for me given the time was texting while driving. For someone like him with the past history if he thought it was going to be an issue given his recent back surgery I hope he'd be smart enough to hire a personal driver for the trip.

Exactly.

Yeah thats the part I don't get. Why on earth doesn't Tiger have a Bodyguard/driver with him at almost all times. I guess it is a bit inconvenient but stil.
