This is why I close my eyes when I go around the shop. It also is a fun challenge to try to do my weekly food shop by feel!

What's your target HR zone in the grocery? -
Oh good.
I wear sunglasses outside all the time.
But not a mask.
And nobody I know or have any kind of regular contact with has gotten sick in the past year.
Must be the glasses. -

Must be the glasses.
That, and an extremely limited amount of social interaction.
Which, judging from some of your posts, is completely unsurprising. -

The study I read said two pair of glasses is preferred, or a tight fitting wrap around style pair is best if you can't wear two pair. -
Makes total sense.
Glass wearers are usually older
Glass wearers might drop the mask just to see something in the store.
That's why I leave my glasses in the car.
Usually I only run into one shopping display at a time. -

LOL, No kidding!
Its an outright and obvious lie for him to say that unless he is a friendless loner who doesn't "know or have any kind of regular contact with" ANYONE. -

I like to keep it in Z2, but those damn discounts and clearance items always spike my HR! -

You are living in a fantasy world, worshiping at the altar of Big Pharma and the media.
Stop being so afraid and get out and live. I am not afraid and so have not curtailed my social interactions. Work five days a week, a hike every day, eat at a subshop every day, stop at stores 3 to 4 times per day. Not cowering in my house for fear of a disease the media tells me to be afraid of. Put on your Big Boy pants and get our and live -
What if you wear contact lens?
