Hello.
I will be doing altitude training for the first time in Jackson Hole, WY over the summer. At around 6,200ft elevation for a month and a few extra days. I was wondering what the benefits will be and how it will help my running and racing. I am a Texas runner and I will be going into my senior year when I am on this trip. If anyone can help with what the benefits will be and good spots to run I would greatly appreciate it. I know it will definitely help when racing at sea level and I will be stronger but just wondering how it will help me in a more depth answer.
Thank you
