Another 3 hour marathon question. Sorry
New to running last year after becoming a dad (32M) and started with the 3 year plan to run a marathon under 3 hours after 5-6 years bike racing.
I see a lot of people on here say you should run a 38 min 10k and 1:26 half to start thinking 3 but was wondering if those times apply if you live in Boulder or should they be adjusted if I plan to race at sea level

Running the numbers through Jack Daniels' calculator gives a 3-hour marathon at sea level as equivalent to a 1:29:34 HM and 40:27 10K at 5430' (Boulder).
