Beta positive splits 🙁

Don’t you know even the has been scrubs here could drop a sub 2 after a 6xmile or their B heat 10k or whatever??? Come back when your 800 time starts with a 1 then maybe you’ll get a dfl sympathy clap from the d1 15:xx 5kers.

You're kidding, right?
-
If you are older than 10 years old, that is insanely weak by Letsrun standards
-
Genuine advice.
Work more on the running. Get faster before you make more youtube videos. I ran a 2:12 when I was a sophomore in high school. I sure as heck did not think to film it and post it online. Why? Other kids were running 1:55 in the varsity heats.
I'm sure you're probably in like 2:05 shape right now and the environment wasn't conducive to faster times. But that is the exact reason you shouldn't have posted your 2:12. Run an indoor race, break 2, and THEN high schoolers will want to see your stuff. -
You seem to be confused. I didn't post the video to flex on anyone and to make myself look good, I am well aware that 2:12 is by no means a "fast time" comparing it to other high schoolers. I posted the video to see if me and my friends could make an entertaining track video, even if we r not that good. Now if you don't think that it's entertaining, that's fine. But I didn't post the video to flex how fast me and my teammates are, I made the video because we thought it would be fun and edit a time trial.

Sir, don't post something if your not willing to take heat or any comments of it. If you play in the mud your gonna get dirty. -

Your positive splits are still beta. 🙁 -
Didn't Rudisha and like every other fast 800 use positive splits
Maybe your 800 will be better if you do -
