Don't know why, if it's mental or what. But if I'm training only, I can hit my splits for my workouts only on the treadmill. Am I correct? If training only, do workouts on the treadmill? Discus.
If training only, for harder efforts, treadmills are the way to go?

It's because the ground is moving and you just have to jump into the air.

This Will be interesting to follow. I also find it easier to hit the workouts on treadmill . Always has it on 1 grade incline.
I don’t think it’s just to jump up, then you Will for sure fall off.
How does outdoor Running correlates with treadmill for most people? -
Workouts on a tread mill are easier because it sets the pace for you, all you are doing after is keeping up with it.
-
it's just a little bit easier than chasing a pace light

Treadmills are much easier on the legs and it sets the pace for you. I've used them for 80% of my workouts for over 20 years and have never had an orthopedic injury.

More monotonous but easier on the joints. I find that I can go faster off the treadmill so if I hit my paces on that I know I can off of it

Every treadmill I’ve run on has been slow by 20-60 seconds a mile.
