Who could beat Hasty at his best?

I said this after his last race and I'll say it again, DJ Principie looks pretty good, don't sleep on him
Here's the reason why D.J. "disappeared" for the last 3 years & why he's running so well now:
best troll w registered handle!
please just stop it, Smith.
That’s just not how college team work...Hasty is a little fish in a large pond
Is the “LV” course the Lucas Verzbicas course?
Anyone know why Bosley dropped out of the race?
He loved being a stud freshman but is having a hard time getting beaten by a freshman.
How many stress fractures has DJ had? That article above makes it sound like he's had multiple at Stanford.
All these remarks about the recent performances about Brody Hasty being wasted, bad coaching, etc are based mostly on his two recent xc races. So what? Does anyone ting there might have been underlying reasons. He might have come back from winter break not in the best of shape, perhaps an injury held him back, perhaps they learned that last xc season he peaked a week too soon, perhaps they have been training hard peaking team for ncaa finals. There are many possible answers, but for many of you on this board to suggest that’s he’s done, has been over trained, not the right coach for him you just could be wrong. I don not think there are too many people on this board remotely believe that Coach Mitch and his program of distance runners are doing very few things work. Over the past five yrs they have beeline at the very top of the mountain we’re every team is gunning for them. Instead of giving your opinions what is wrong, just maybe think there might be reasons why things are going as they are right now. Just maybe when, and if, NAU puts the full too team on the line in the NCAA X C Finals all might better understand what’s going in Flagstaff. The possibilities of what Hasty in too shape, does Quax compete, Raff rebounds from yesterday’s performance, Luis took a few weeks off in December, just getting in back, they are a very scary team. Hasty just in a few weeks made a big jump and there’s no reason not to be another jump in four weeks. NAU has a few things to fine tone, but compared to most of their competition it’s thing.
Hasty had special coaching in hs and had professional pacers to get his time as close to sub-4 as he got it, so it's unsurprising his improvement has been less than a kid like Nur, who didn't have optimal coaching or training in hs, where he ran 4:27/9:26, but now is a 22:30 guy on that course. Hasty would have been better served at Oregon because that is a miler school, and that's my feeling about the high school kid who just ran 3:57 as well, but altitude training at NAU with that coach is always going to be good for their 3000/5000/xc ability. He has shown himself to be absolutely great for these guys really from 3k up. Thomas and Powell before him are/were great for miler development.
Another note about Hasty, is that this isn't the time to be complaining about his development, just because this was easily his best xc race ever and so there is every bit the hope that he will run a big 5000 pr on the track this year.
Just look back at the 2019 Western Regionals where Brody finished third in the race, so he can run 10k, ncaa finalists track 5k so he can run distance. Just look how many sub 4 milers there are in mile right now, but running 3:56 or faster is where the top people will be. Oregon is the top miler school, but many many others are running these times that are not Oregon runners. I believe that I also forgot to mention Drew Boseley they are simply loaded for the championship. Oregon great school but not everyone needs to go there to be great.
Did CU run their "B" team? c
