I don’t think it’s unfair to say these boards have a conservative lean. I also don’t think it’s unfair to say that the majority consensus on supershoes (vaporflys, adios pro, etc.) and now the superspikes. Is that they need to be regulated more/toned down a bit.
So riddle me this...isn’t the idea of a free market that companies such as Nike can sell goods to the public without involvement from the government or likewise governing bodies such as World Athletics? Why are the views about banning shoes contradictory to the political views of these boards?

World Athletics isn't the state government. They are a governing body of a sport. If you don't understand the difference then you aren't qualified to comment on politics, and hopefully you don't vote.
