UK Coach’s thread got me thinking.
For me it was freshman year of HS.
6x660/550 same workout for everyone, from our 50 mpw 4:16 guy to kids that were barely breaking 6:00 off of 20mpw
Each rep was full go with an equal distance walk recovery. With the warm up and cool down, it took us almost 3 hours.
I was one of the only ones that finished and it wrecked me for the next month.
