At the Valley of the Sun Meet in Arizona it has Robby Andrews down for a 4:07 1500m....is that the person I'm thinking of?

Yep it looks like it was THAT Robbie Andrews.
Just look at the photos from the meet

Yea seems Robby with other Princeton runner's Sam Ellis and Eli Krahn (who ran4:09 1600 as freshman in high school).

Why the apostrophe?
Incredibly bad time by him and Krahn (3:58). Looks like they quit. Andrews' two last laps were 66-74. Krahn's were 64-66.
They have the same coach. Maybe something was up here we don't know about. Cannot fathom what it is. Baffling, mind-bottling result.
It wasn't an issue of contractual obligation because 1. Everyone was "unattached" and there was zero hint of the meet before it happened, and 2. Eli Krahn also went with. They wouldn't fly to UTAH to run a tempo 1500.
DID THEIR SHOES GET LOST BY DELTA AIRLINES? DID THEY HAVE FOOD POISONING?
Nevermind it was in Arizona.
Also, maybe one of them was pacing the other one and it fell apart. Maybe they were doing a workout and the race was part of it. Those are way more likely than both being out of shape or eating bad lettuce.

Maybe he's got Covid-related issues???
His stock going to come back like GME
His contract is probably based on percentage improvement during the outdoor season. If he starts off with a really slow time, he can make a HUGE improvement in times over the season and get a sweet bonus.
Andrews is kind of done. Whatever is going on with his health has finished him -- I feel really bad for him.

Nah. People here are way too quick to tear runners down. It is SO early in the season. It is probably just a workout or pacing for a friend or something and people are getting all weird about it.

Pretty sure all of his problems started once he got Lyme Disease a few years ago. Lyme disease can really mess you up, much more than Covid. Every runner I know who had covid is perfectly fine, even running PR's post covid. The two runners I know who have had Lyme Disease, it pretty much ended their career.
@mgcentro your move

Well, I would agree, except I know he was struggling with lyme disease a few years ago, all his PBs are from 2015 and earlier (most from 2013), and he hasn't run faster than 1:51.9 / 4:02 (mile) since 2018. I think he's having some serious issues. Maybe he figures them out, but he's 29 or so.
I think it's super sad. He had tons of potential. Wish him the best in fighting his nutrition/health issues, or whatever the case may be.
Krahn has struggled ever since his freshman year of high school. I am glad to see he is still competeing.
Why does that make you glad? I would be happier if had a great life and gave running up. Seeing guys hanging on is normally not a good thing.
Are we sure it wasn’t the last rep of a Tinman 5x1500 workout?

What if he's competing since he actually just enjoys it and doesn't care what people like you think?

Robby Andrews destroyed the peak of his career by treating lyme disease with some pseduo-science bullpoop instead of going to an actual doctor for treatment. I don't feel bad for him. The dude is a colossal idiot.

Yep, don't run unless you're a winner, great way to grow the sport. More likely is that he has a different view than message board dorks who hide behind fake online personalities and use only logic in their acted decision making because in a fake online world everyone is allowed to act like they know 100% what they're talking about. Some people run because they love it, not because it's part of the Letsrun Logical Thinking Boards approved way to maximize their "life potential"
