Why looking for maximum mileage to reach individual perfection when you can look for
minimum mileage to reach your optimum results? More time for a fullfilled total life !

The 90 s didn`t know how to do the low mileage perfection!
I agree, coach. People here give me criticism for doing 25-40 mpw, but that is what helped me improve from 6:16 to 4:27. I think people should do what they think is best for them and not compare with others.

Hello Jan Stensson, the lying coach of Letsrun.
Anyone that thinks they have figure out what training that works for everyone is wrong. Some do low and some do high mileage.

Your marathon runners have crap results, thanks to your crap DANCAN'T training system.
No, that's not true. Everyone can succeed with realatively low mileage , but most runners and coaches don't know how to do that perfection!
Coach JS marathon runners have run 2:07 - 2:10 , and a lady debute 2:26 . He knows every distance and is the coach that will revolutionize running into the future!

Not true but keep beating that drum. Depends on what you deem “success”. Some would be better off increasing their mileage.

Those are lies.
You did not coach any 2:07-2:10 marathon runners, you disgusting liar.
The only thing you will revolutionise is the world of lying.
Fortunately all your lies are being exposed.

You are just one of the disgusting stalkers here!! Coach JS is the future, but you stalkers aren`t capable to see that!

Why are you talking in the third person when you are Jan Stensson?
I am not a stalker. I am reading posts and replying to posts on a public forum.
And you are the future of what? Your runners leave you because your training doesn't deliver the results you promise them.

Ditto.

Why are you not using your registered account?
JS’s decline has been sad as he adds multiple personalities to his narcissism.
His entire identity is wrapped up in being a successful coach but he has failed at that and rather than being a respected coach, he has turned into a joke.
He claims to have coached over 300 runners but doesn’t have a single supporter.
I feel like his life story so far will be made into a Disney supervillain origin story.

You're basically saying the exact same as gjert ingebrigtsen:
"we train as little as we have to, to become as good as possible"
Meaning:
150-170km a week
Doubles everyday
Two days with double threshold (actual threshold, not American threshold)
One day with one hard workout and easy treshold as second workout.
One long run 20km
Easy days 10 km am and pm
Easy weights two days a week
There's only so much the body can handle while running. And if you're actually good, it doesn't take that long to put in the mileage. Let's be extreme here and say you suggest running 70 miles per week instead of 140 miles per week. At 6 minute mile pace this is an hour per day vs 2 hours per day. Wow, what are people going to do with that extra hour in a day? But in reality doing a little less would only save about 30 minutes per day, if they cut a few miles per day, making 30 miles cut per week. 30 minutes per day isn't going to free up so much time that it changes your life.
