As slow as 10:30 miles for an easy run for a 25 minute 5k runner. For slower runners (over 18 for 5k), the problem with very slow easy runs is you are getting away from the mechanics of normal running.
That is incorrect according to the science I have heard. Can't remember when but I heard an podcast talking about studies showing no objective difference in mechanics when running slow even though most test runners thought there was a difference.
