can't disagree on the Men. On the women's if Stanford does not get Lawson (likely) and Roberts (maybe less likley) back to expectations it could be wide open with them, CO, NCState, Arkansas. Wish I knew if Ms Tuohy was going to be fit and run. Perhaps lack of news is the news. Starliper seems to be totally MIA at this point. I would throw Lauren Gregory in the mix with Donagho and Logue. I would have thought Lawson would be right there too, time will tell.

Arkansas will be focused on indoor first and foremost. They are always track first and they are hosting the indoor meet. Don't expect them to perform well at cross. Most of their top women will probably be running more than one race at indoor nationals.

The Oregon boys will be putting their focus into Indoor Nationals which makes a lot of sense with their team title chances with Luis Peralta potentially scoring in the 800. Charlie Hunter and Reed Brown in the mile most scoring with Hunter having a shot to win, Hocker and Teare in the 3K with both having a great chance to win. And also their unreal DMR team to go along with the very good sprints groups they have.
It will be interesting to see what the Arkansas men do considering they may have a shot at a podium spot at cross nationals and a potential team title in indoors as well.
Dudek runs away with the women's individual title and Stanford women win.

So I completely agree with this except for having Oregon 4th. I would have them 4th, but it seems like they are largely focusing on indoor, which they should. Just don't think you can have guy's that sharp in mid-d form and then have them turn around and run a ballsy 10k. So I would move Ok State up 1 and move Oregon down a couple, but expect them to absolutely wreck at indoor natinonals.
For women I will go for a slight upset and have BYU win. I just don't trust Stanford to perform at the level they should. For Arkansas, one has to imagine they're in a Oregon situation and are going to be all out for indoors. NC State is incredibly talented, but I just don't think they're ready. Give them a couple years. Colorado seems like the next best pick, but I just don't see them as talented as BYU. I also think Whittni Orton gets the individual W.
Women Podium;
1. NC State
2. Colorado
3. Stanford
4. Mich State
Only distance exclusive schools r gonna perform well. School like Oregon and Arkansas are gonna run poorly, putting all their best runners towards a run at indoor nationals.
Men
NAU BYU ISU
Luis
Women
BYU Stanford. Third either NC state if they're developed enough or if not CO
Whittni

I would expect CO Men to put up a good fight for somewhere between 3-5 but besides that I agree.
Women I'd put some mix of:
1. CO
2. Stanford
3. Arkansas
4. NC State
On the women’s side everyone is forgetting 2 extremely good teams. One has had surprisingly good track marks lately and the other hasn’t raced yet but if you look closely at their roster they are a contender.
I am picking Arkansas women and Dudek as individual champ.

BYU just put 3 ladies on 9 minutes for 3,000 at UW meet, and Orton did not run.
Mantz, Clinger, Garnica 13:28-13:30 for 5,000 for BYU
