As you can see from the thumbnail, the dudes are ripped and alpha. Skip to 3:20 to watch the gents and ladies work out. These girls ladies are MONSTERS. Half of them would make our high school varsity team. They are super lean. At 5:10 you can see their abs. And the guys... they're from another planet. They do about 8 miles UNDER 5:20 pace. They BEAT almost all of our guys' PRs in a TEMPO. At 7:15 you can get a better glimpse of their bodies, and they're all shredded. They look stronger than most of our basketball players. The key takeaway from this video is that you need to be strong to be good at distance running. Without muscle, you can't run a fast 400. If you can't do that, you can't run a fast 800, 1600, etc. Muscles first, running later.
