My Garmin tells me I spend 51-52% of the time on my left foot and only 48-49% on my right. I seem to have issues with my right side - knee pain, hip pain, and once I had a stress fracture. I’ve tried strengthening this side, and can do a lot of single leg exercises now. I can’t seem to translate it to my running though. Any thoughts on what causes this type of asymmetry.?
