Connecticut easily defeats UMass Lowell.

Syracuse top 14 at ACCs! Some scorers in the 5k with good times, but that's it on the men's side.

The Lowell coach is voting for his own team. He’s overrated all of the America East teams so that it looks better when his team wins that weak conference. Binghamton has been awful for the past 8 years and now they’re ranked 7th in the region? For what? One guy and a few recruits? SB graduated 4 of their top 5, why are they ranked 4th (other than for the benefit of UML)? Now, I do believe that Lowell is good. However, beating some weak AE teams is going to make it tough to prove that they belong at NCAAs for the first time this year.
Binghamton sure looked good at Vermont last week.
Syracuse beats up on Michigan and FSU today in Tallahassee without much issue
Damage was done. If they get in it’s only because of their name. A real shame honestly.
Binghamton got slaughtered today. UVM results looking real suspicious. Looks like it was at least 300 meter short.
Did Michigan run everyvbody?

I’m an embarrassed alum. This is no good.
maybe it's no longer syracuse being a consistent auto-qual along with iona from the northeast. im sure the ivies, umass lowell, army, etc are excited
So many other teams deserved to be here. Unfortunate to say the least. Hmmm. Who would've imagined that this would be the result.

Yep. Travesty that they got in as almost everybody on the board said. Not a surprise, they did absolutely nothing all season. So glad they sh!t the bed.
Bell is great. I used to be his trusted advisor.. stop giving him a hard time

Is this the end of Cuse’ domination in the northeast? I believe that it is a very real possibility that this years cross country championship will go on with out the men in orange. After a pitiful ACC championship performance where they placed 6th and after a less than impressive outing on the track, why should the selection committee waist a nationals spot on them. Clearly they are not the same team when Justyn Knight and Colin Bennie were in charge. They continue to prove over and over that they have gone soft and no longer have what it takes to preform on the national level.
This what happens when people are handed jobs that they are not qualified for. If your program is literally all distance with the exception of 3 hurdlers and you suck at distance, then you suck.
People need to back off. Yyou need to realize bell and fox transofrmed the program in Syracuse forever. They are a power hours team always will be. Just because you have won bad year does not mean anything.
First of all, I think you meant to say *one, not won. Learn to spell buddy. Then talk. No ones shaming Syracuse, just the people who decided to let them run there in the first place.
Nah I’m shaming Syracuse. Shame on them for thinking Bell could be half the coach as Chris Fox. Dude is an egomaniac who clearly is doing something wrong if he can’t get his team to run even two respectable race in 8 months. Lots of people opposed the Syracuse hate saying they would be top 25.
That team ran like a team that everyone knew should not have been at that meet.
Somethings got to change with that team.
LAST at NCAA's? LAST? A couple of runners could have a bad day, but 761 points and top runner at #111?
Syracuse was the team that was supposed to give Notre Dame a run for their money at last year's ACC's. Now it looks like they simply took up the space of some more deserving team(s).
