Like everyone else during the pandemic, I moved to Texas. Roads here are all concrete. Most trails are concrete. I’m from a northern state where I primarily trained on asphalt roads or gravel trails. Are my knees going to get destroyed on the concrete? Will buying super cushion shoes like Hoka help offset the harder surface? There is one gravel trail nearby I can drive to for long runs, buy my everyday runs are on concrete sidewalks or roads
