Fun workout today. Took a lot out of me but I never really felt like I was dying.

I did a 400m jog between all reps except after the second 400, where I took a minute of standing rest and then a 400m jog into the next rep.
Not sure how fast or slow my jogging was but AVG pace for this workout was 6:43
I’d love to know what you think I’m capable of between 800-3200m. I’ve got about 52-53 relay speed rn
I’m thinking 1:58, 4:25 and 9:45. Does that seem right?
