Hi all, could you assist with some clarification about some training terms.
I am tying to work out what a few things mean and how they interact (so,e terms may mean the same, I don’t know) .
Also if you could provide and appropriate example as relevant to an 800m runner please.
Aerobic power
Aerobic capacity
vVo2
Lactate threshold
Accumulated oxygen debt
(What are the inert differences between them, and long do they take to max out through proposed sessions)
If possible, use the same session with varying metrics to define how it would be within the afore mentioned term
, varying the recovery as an example.
