This year has definitely been a crazy one, and I’d love to top it off with a sub 10 minute 3200. I am currently a junior. Last may I ran a 4:46 for the 1600 and a 10:38 for the 3200. These were time trials which were done on road, and for the mile the first 800 was fairly downhill while the 3200 was pretty flat. This XC season I just ran a 17 flat (ik super tuff) but I believe I was probably in 16:50 shape, just mentally not there. I have been practicing really hard and my goal is to drop my two mile time from a 10:38 to a sub 10. If this were possible I could probably win my state championship race. Do you guys think it’s possible or nah? If so, any tips??
Thanks!!
