I have noticed that when l take off on an easy run sometimes, not all the time, l am favoring one leg. It's not a leg length issue, but l am not sure of why. The road is slanted sometimes on easy runs and l feel like l am REALLY favoring the leg then, but on GRASS there is no issue, also when l am running a hard workout l don't notice it at all. I do a lot of my easy runs staying on the grass, but when l get off the grass for a few strides it feels like l am favoring the leg again. This doesn't happen as bad some runs as other, but it's mostly happens on easy runs. Why is it worse some days then others and would doing 10 leg lifts on both legs with weights in the gym solve the issue?
