Did you predict this? Where did you think she would finish?

If I had known she was coached by Celia Sullohern's coach, I might have
Where is Ceila?

It just seems a bit too good to be true, like Celia. Even the coach's own career seems a little strange, like he found the fountain of youth to go to the Olympics at 40.
Scott ran 2.11 as a 30 year old so he did have some history prior to making the OG at 40.
Rose has been rolling along pretty well. Her 5000 pb is 15.30 and she had popped a 32 low on the road recently so this result was no surprise.

I understand what you are saying but the commentary from Matt Lynch on the night hardly mentioned her chances before the last 2k. It was all about Gen and the Canadian. Celia was primarily a triathlete and Scott himself was on holidays in Berlin if you believe the story about his qualifier.
Scott ran 13.33 and 28.19 at age 24.

38. 2.14.
40. 2.15.
44. 2.19.
Excellent career for a guy who was mostly part time runner but hardly suspicious.
Rose ran 15.45 as a 20 year old but only a 33.25 for 10. Not unusual for a young runner to not have the strength in the 10.
This year she has run 15.30 for the 5 and a 32.02 on the roads.
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
