Yes, and we did the same thing. Remember when Colorado was awarded the 1976 Winter Olympics and then the people of the state reneged? And it wasn't because of something as insidious as a virus, but rather CO voters decided they didn't want a tax increase. That, and it would bring more development and too many people into the state.
