Since I didn't get an indoor track season this year I was looking back on my 2020 season. I ran a 4:58 time trial at the start of the season, and then I ran it in two early season meets that I didn't do well in (I think I ran 5:03 and 5:02). The rest of the season I focused on my better event (The 1k) and I ended up running that at regionals. My splits were 400-65, 800-2:11(66), 1000-2:44(33). Based on this and my last three big workouts before regionals, what time do you think I could have run in a perfect race in the mile?
Workouts:
17x400 at 72 (avg) with 1 min rest
4x(400, 200, 200) with 1 min between reps and 2 min between sets
(69, 33, 32), (68, 31, 30), (64, 30, 29), (59, 29, 28)
4x400, 4x200 with 1 min between everything
(69, 66, 64, 62), (31, 30, 29, 27)
